You can make muffins with beer! 3 c. all purpose flour; 5 tsp. baking powder; 1/2
tsp.salt; 3 tbsp. white sugar; 1 bottle beer. Put dry ingredients into a bowl, pour
in beer, mix, bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheddar and eat.
