Ever wanted to make cheese at home? Find it difficult to find a truly fresh queso fresco in the grocery store? Join us for an insightful demo on making cheese at home with Canadian cheese expert Kelsie Parsons.
Kelsie will demonstrate how to make three cheeses; queso fresco, paneer and labneh (yoghurt cheese) - all simple recipes that people can make at home. Helpful information on where to get all of the necessary equipment, rennet, and different cultures will be supplied so you will have all the confidence you need to get started at home. Of course there will be tastes and nibbles as well!

Na-Cl, who are some of Denmark's most talented chefs doing show-cooking, will be preparing dishes on stage for the audience, Bjarke Ingels, from BIG Architecture, will be doing an interactive presentation, and Giana Factory will finish off the night with a concert at the Drake venue.
