As you may have heard Alison is setting up a selection of about 100
titles in the wonderful food shop All the Best Fine Foods at 1101
Yonge St. (just south of the LCOB at Summerhill), called
All the Best Cookbooks.
guide you through and drop in to All the Best and see what treats she
has found this season. In addition All the Best founder Jane Rodmell
(a self declared cookbook-holic!) has selected her Classic Picks.
The Chefs' House at George Brown College
Alison is also working with the student focused restaurant, The Ches'
House at George Brown Chef School to bring exciting new chefs, authors
and ingredients under the Trending Now dinner series. Highlights of
upcoming dinners this February through to the summer include Made in
Quebec with Julian Armstrong, Chef Nick Liu from DaiLo, Jeffrey Alford, and
a Foraging Dinner
