Grilled Plum Tart
Since summertime fun doesn't usually involve baking indoors, this tart was devised for the barbecue.
Prepare tart shell, as directed. Place plums, skin side down, on the grill over medium heat for 5 minutes or until they are hot through. Place syrup in a container over the grill to warm. Combine cream cheese and preserves and spread over tart shell. Place plums, rounded side up, in concentric circles to cover tart. Drizzle with warm syrup and serve immediately. |
